How to request data deletion

If you have interacted with Together, Unprocessed on Instagram and would like any stored data associated with your account to be deleted, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Include your Instagram username in the email
3. We will delete any stored data associated with your account within 30 days

What we can delete

• Instagram-scoped user IDs stored by our automation system
• Any comment data we have processed and retained
• Analytics data linked to your account

What we cannot delete

We cannot delete public comments you made on our Instagram posts — those are controlled by your Instagram account. You can delete them yourself directly from the Instagram app.

Purchase data

Records of digital and physical product purchases are held by Fourthwall, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. To request deletion of purchase data, contact Fourthwall directly at fourthwall.com or email us at [email protected] and we will assist with the request. Note: we may need to retain certain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes as required by Canadian law, even after deletion of personal data.
