Agreement to terms

By accessing our website, downloading our resources, or interacting with our social media accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What we offer

Together, Unprocessed is a health and wellness podcast and educational brand. We provide free podcast episodes, free PDF guides, social media content, paid digital products (companion guides, protocols, and educational resources), and branded physical merchandise. We also operate automated tools on our Instagram and Facebook accounts for responding to comments and analytics.

Paid digital and physical products

We sell digital products (PDF guides, protocols, educational resources) and physical merchandise. All sales are processed through Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as our Merchant of Record. Fourthwall handles payment processing, tax collection, remittance, and — for physical items — fulfilment for all transactions.

When you make a purchase:

• The transaction is between you and Fourthwall, Inc. as the legal seller of record
• For digital products, you receive a download link by email after successful payment
• For physical products, your order is fulfilled and shipped by Fourthwall's print-on-demand network
• Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected based on your location and remitted by Fourthwall
• You receive a receipt from Fourthwall via email

License to purchased products

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or republish any purchased material without our written permission. The content and intellectual property remain the property of Together, Unprocessed.

Refunds

Digital products. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are issued only for purchases that have not yet been downloaded, and only within 14 days of purchase. By completing checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once a file has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your file and would like a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

Physical products. Physical products may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund through Fourthwall.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

All content provided by Together, Unprocessed — including podcast episodes, free guides, paid digital products, and social media content — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish or sell should be considered medical, health, dietary, or professional advice. Our content reflects our personal experiences and research. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, exercise routine, or health practices, particularly if you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

Free resources

Our free PDF guides and downloadable resources are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is the property of Together, Unprocessed. You may download our free guides for personal use but may not redistribute, sell, or republish them without our written permission.

User conduct

When interacting with us on social media or through our website, you agree not to post harmful, abusive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to block or restrict accounts that violate these standards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together, Unprocessed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
