Who we are

Together, Unprocessed is a health and wellness podcast exploring real food, real healing, and real connection. We sell digital educational products and physical merchandise through Fourthwall, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. We also operate an app called TU n8n that connects to Meta's Instagram and Facebook APIs for comment automation and analytics on our own accounts.

What data we collect

When you interact with us on Instagram, through our website, or by purchasing a product, we may collect:

• Instagram usernames and comment text from public comments on our posts
• Instagram-scoped user IDs for sending private replies
• Basic analytics data (views, likes, shares, saves) from our own Instagram and Facebook accounts
• Email addresses you voluntarily provide when downloading our free guides or making a purchase
• Purchase information (name, email, country, shipping address for physical orders, product purchased) when you buy a product — collected and processed by Fourthwall as Merchant of Record

What we do NOT collect

• Passwords or login credentials
• Private or direct messages
• Data from accounts we do not own

Payment data

We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record for all our paid products. Fourthwall is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card data, billing information, and tax calculation. How we use your data

Data is processed by our automation server (n8n) for responding to comments on our own posts and generating analytics reports. Purchase data is processed by Fourthwall for transaction completion, fulfilment of physical orders, tax compliance, and receipt delivery. Email addresses collected through our guides or purchases may be used to send you product updates, educational content, and information about new releases — you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Comment data is processed in real-time and is not stored long-term. Analytics data is aggregated on a weekly basis. Email addresses collected through our guides are stored by our email service provider (Kit) and can be removed at any time by unsubscribing.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data under laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, European Union), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, California, USA), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, Canada).
